There is no way that I can adequately describe the contributions of Dave Garnham and
Dane Donato in identifying aircraft assignments, tail numbers, opcodes, and names. They
have contributed more than I have in the sections below. And they have corrected many
errors on my part. I thank them wholeheartedly. If you see a tail number in more than one squadron, it means that we owe you a footnote to explain about the airplane being transferred or if we have made an error, the duplicate will someday disappear!
